2023 Journal of Forensic Social Work Article of the Year

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Susan A. McCarter and Ms. Tierra Durant as the winners for the 2023 Journal of Forensic Social Work Article of the Year! Their piece, "Disproportionate Minority Contact (DMC) to Racial and Ethnic Disparities (RED) in Juvenile Justice: What does it Mean and Does it Matter?” was empirically shown to have the most significant impact of any article in the past year and rightfully garnered them the top spot. We are thankful for all the contributions that have made the journal a success and valuable resource for the forensic social work community and are excited to recognize our most significant contributors. Please join us in celebrating Dr. McCarter and Ms. Durant!
